The proposed service is centered on general patient education, not promotional treatment claims or direct patient solicitation. Whether an individual asset or channel is permissible must be reviewed against applicable professional rules before release. We do not guarantee that a proposed post is automatically compliant.
Do I have to film every week?+
No. The monthly scope is designed around one batch of usable source footage. You can record remotely with a provided guide; an on-site crew session can be quoted separately.
Who checks medical accuracy?+
Your designated registered medical practitioner reviews and explicitly approves every asset that includes medical information. AI research and editors do not replace clinical judgement.
Will you post to my social media accounts?+
The standard service delivers approval-ready and posting-ready files. Scheduling or account management can be considered under a separate written scope only where permissible and appropriate.
Can you use patient pictures or testimonials?+
Not in the standard package. We do not request patient records, identifiable patient content, testimonials, treatment results or before-and-after material. Any exceptional request would require separate legal, ethical and consent review and may be declined.
Will this guarantee bookings or followers?+
